preefing: Mental health challenges affect men just as commonly as women, yet the stigma surrounding men's mental health persists. This stigma prevents men from seeking help, leading to negative consequences for their well-being and relationships. It is crucial to break down these barriers and promote open dialogue about men's mental health. 

Breefing: For autistic parents, the journey of raising children is a double-edged sword. On one hand, our unique neurology equips us with strengths and perspectives that can make us extraordinary parents. On the other hand, the demands and unpredictability of parenting can push us beyond our limits, testing our resilience in ways non-autistic parents may never understand. According to a 2020 study, autistic parents face higher rates of stress and lower levels of support than their non-autistic counterparts. This disparity underscores the need for greater understanding and resources for this often-overlooked population.

This trauma can have a profound effect on our mental health and can even lead to depression and anxiety in adulthood. when it comes to childhood trauma your brain can repress memories so when you feel like something is not right and don’t know why it’s because of childhood trauma.
